GOUT!!! Terrible stuff. I am taking Indomethecin even though the Dr recommended I don’t. I have no other option. I am not sure how to control something when I am not eating anything that would cause it. Wait a minute… I changed to bars twice daily. Do they have sugar on them? That would do it! Hmmmm My feet really hurt.. and my gout is now settling in my left ankle, making it hard to walk at all…. and is VERY painful!! I am frustrated that this is happening. Even so, I am bound for that 20,000 steps in a day. Maybe today?!!
