Week 009 – Day 054

Walked mostly alone today, but did more than I have ever done. My goal used to be 2,000 steps, then 5,000, then 8,000, then 10,000, now I am doing over 15,000 daily and shooting for 20,000! IT CAN BE DONE!!! All we need do is try.

12PM – Vanilla Shake
2PM – 1 Cinnamon Protein Bar & 8 oz glass of water with Orange Fiber
4PM – Chocolate Shake
6PM 1 packet Chicken Soup in 8 oz Water & 8 oz glass of water with Orange Fiber
8PM – Vanilla Shake
