Spoke to the Dr. about my Gout and being tired. Norma, our nutritionist recommended I take on another 160 calorie product to counter ct all the walking I am doing. The Dr decided to stay the course with what I have. For what I am in-taking, we did switch away from the soups, and replaced them with 7 protein bars. I have also decided to push myself harder… and to try to finally get 20,000 steps in one day. Is it even possible for me? I will find out.
